What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process for candidates and panels, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide hands-on sourcing support to build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline. You will play a key role in enhancing the candidate experience by delivering timely communication and support throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Additionally, you will analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the hiring process, contributing to a more efficient and effective recruitment strategy.
