Your familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, enhances your ability to streamline the recruitment process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support Flo Health's recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates for various positions across Engineering, Product, and Marketing. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Your responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting initial outreach to potential candidates, and managing the candidate pipeline through the ATS. You will also be involved in building relationships with passive candidates and engaging them in meaningful conversations about opportunities at Flo Health. Your ability to leverage data and analytics will help you refine sourcing strategies and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
