Who you are
You have a strong background in risk management, compliance, or internal audit, with a proven ability to evaluate control environments effectively. You excel in executing end-to-end control testing and possess excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders while maintaining independence and objectivity. Your analytical mindset allows you to provide insightful reporting and drive enhancements to the risk management framework. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
What you'll do
As the Control Testing Manager, you will be responsible for independently assessing the design and operating effectiveness of controls owned by Risk and Compliance, including BSA/AML. You will execute comprehensive control testing, which involves planning, conducting walkthroughs, performing design assessments, selecting samples, reviewing evidence, and evaluating the operating effectiveness of controls. You will draft detailed reports based on your findings and collaborate with various teams to implement improvements in the risk management framework. Your role will require you to stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure that the bank's risk management strategies are effective and compliant.
