You have extensive experience with Workday Financials, ideally with over 5 years in financial systems management. You understand the intricacies of finance business requirements and have a proven track record of implementing technical solutions that align with industry best practices. Your ability to collaborate with business leaders and end users to define requirements is a key strength, and you are adept at writing specifications for interfaces to internally developed applications. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of how to document and implement configuration changes in Workday.

Desirable

Experience with Workday plug-ins and the ability to recommend enhancements to extend functionality would be a plus. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your technical skills to improve financial processes and systems. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support SoFi’s use of the Workday Financials solution, addressing various finance business requirements. You will collaborate with business leaders to define their needs and develop associated technical solutions that leverage Workday's standard functionality. Writing requirements and specifications for interfaces to SoFi’s internally developed applications will be a significant part of your responsibilities. You will also research and recommend Workday plug-ins to enhance functionality, ensuring that the financial systems are optimized for performance and usability.

You will document, implement, and conduct quality assurance on Workday configuration changes associated with both projects and ongoing operations. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the integrations between core customer-facing financial services and third-party platforms are seamless. You will be instrumental in driving the implementation of best practices within the finance department, ensuring that all systems are aligned with SoFi's strategic goals.
