Who you are
You are a visionary leader with extensive experience in property valuation and governance, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field. Your background includes a deep understanding of various loan types, including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA/VA/USDA, Closed-End Seconds (CES), HELOC, and Commercial (CRE/MF). You have a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative valuation strategies that leverage data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.
You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at transitioning organizations to analytics-led operating models. Your experience includes developing sophisticated, risk-tiered approaches to valuation that move beyond traditional methods. You are comfortable intervening directly on high-risk or complex files, ensuring rigorous governance and oversight throughout the valuation process.
Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are passionate about shaping the future of financial services and are committed to driving positive change within the organization. You thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on people's lives through innovative financial solutions.
Desirable
Experience in leading teams and managing projects related to property valuation and governance is a plus.
