You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, particularly in marketing analytics — you've developed frameworks for measuring marketing effectiveness and have a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making processes. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently, and you are comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau to visualize insights. You possess strong analytical skills and can translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive marketing performance.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, Product, and Marketing — your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly ensures that all stakeholders are aligned on marketing initiatives. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all marketing activities.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools is a plus, as you will be responsible for designing experiments to optimize marketing offers. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the automated, end-to-end marketing offer measurement and monitoring framework — this includes overseeing the setup, execution, fulfillment, and post-campaign validation of marketing offers. You will ensure that marketing initiatives are executed accurately and transparently, providing insights that help shape future campaigns. Your work will directly impact how SoFi engages with its members, driving user acquisition and retention through data-informed strategies.

You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that marketing offers are consistently monitored and discrepancies are addressed promptly — your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and providing recommendations based on data analysis. You will also be responsible for developing dashboards and reports that communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions.
