Who you are
You have a strong background in data science, particularly in marketing analytics — your experience includes developing frameworks for measuring marketing effectiveness and conducting robust data analysis to inform strategic decisions. You are proficient in SQL and Python, enabling you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively. Your understanding of A/B testing methodologies allows you to design experiments that drive user engagement and optimize marketing campaigns. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into marketing strategies. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in your work, ensuring that all reporting systems are reliable and accurate.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Marketing Data Science team by developing and maintaining an automated marketing offer measurement framework — this involves tracking the setup, execution, and fulfillment of marketing offers across various products. You will collaborate with senior team members to ensure the reliability of reporting systems, focusing on the day-to-day operations that underpin effective marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include analyzing campaign performance data, generating insights that inform future marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. You will also participate in the design and execution of experiments to validate marketing hypotheses, contributing to a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
