What you'll do
As a Coach/Core Crew Team Member at Solidcore, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute classes, focusing on low-impact, full-body workouts. Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients on the proper use of our resistance-based machines, ensuring they feel confident and empowered during their workouts. You will provide personalized attention to each client, adapting your coaching style to meet their individual needs and skill levels. You will also participate in Solidcore's comprehensive training program, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role. Your commitment to client success will be key in helping them discover their true potential.
