What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be responsible for providing front desk support, which includes greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Head Coach and Community Manager to ensure a smooth operation of the studio. Your role will also involve generating sales and promoting the studio's offerings to enhance customer engagement. You will play a key part in delivering a positive experience for all clients, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed.
