What you'll do

As a Coach at Solidcore, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute, full-body, low-impact classes, guiding them in the use of our resistance-based machines. Your role will involve educating clients on proper techniques and motivating them to push through challenging workouts. You will be responsible for creating an inspiring environment where clients feel supported and encouraged to achieve their fitness goals. You will work closely with clients of differing skill levels, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and accountability.

You will participate in Solidcore's comprehensive training program, which is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role. This program emphasizes the importance of individualized support and fosters strong relationships within the coaching team.
