You are an experienced coach with a proven track record in fitness and community management. You understand the importance of creating an exceptional experience for clients and are passionate about the [solidcore] brand. You have the ability to inspire and motivate others, setting a standard for excellence in coaching. Your leadership skills enable you to provide constructive feedback and support to your team, fostering their development and growth.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and team members alike. You are dedicated to maintaining a positive and inclusive environment within the studio, ensuring that every member feels valued and supported. Your commitment to the mission of [solidcore] drives you to continuously improve and innovate in your coaching methods.
What you'll do
As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for coaching an average of ten classes per week, delivering a best-in-class experience for all participants. You will set the standards for other coaches to aspire to, ensuring that they embody the qualities of exceptional coaching. Your role will involve providing high-level coach development, offering consistent feedback and support during new coach trainings. You will work closely with the Area Manager to align studio goals with the broader objectives of [solidcore].
You will also play a key role in community engagement, fostering a sense of belonging among members and encouraging participation in studio events. Your leadership will help create a vibrant community atmosphere that attracts new clients and retains existing ones. You will be expected to role model the values of [solidcore], inspiring both clients and coaches to achieve their fitness goals.
