You have a strong background in fitness coaching, with experience leading group classes and training individuals. You are adaptable and can handle the dynamic nature of a boutique fitness studio, balancing coaching responsibilities with community engagement. You are committed to continuous improvement, both for yourself and your team, and you actively seek opportunities for professional development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for coaching an average of eleven classes per week, delivering a best-in-class experience for all participants. You will set the standard for other coaches to aspire to, ensuring that each class is engaging, effective, and aligned with the [solidcore] methodology. You will provide ongoing support and development for your coaching team, offering consistent feedback and guidance during training sessions. Your leadership will help cultivate a positive and motivating environment within the studio, encouraging both coaches and clients to reach their full potential.

You will collaborate closely with the Area Manager to implement strategies that drive studio success and growth. This includes participating in community events, promoting the [solidcore] brand, and engaging with clients to foster a strong sense of community. You will also play a key role in onboarding new coaches, sharing your expertise and insights to help them integrate smoothly into the team. Your commitment to excellence will be reflected in the overall success of the studio, as you work to uphold the mission of being the fastest growing and most successful boutique fitness studio.
