What you'll do
As the Customer Success Programs Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational rigor within the global Customer Success organization. This includes managing high-impact customer programs that ensure consistent execution across a multi-region team. You will partner closely with leaders in Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to translate strategic priorities into structured, trackable, and measurable programs. Your role will involve developing and implementing processes that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company's goals. You will also provide operational and administrative support to the Chief Customer Officer, facilitating organizational alignment and execution velocity. Your analytical capabilities will be crucial in measuring the success of customer programs and identifying areas for improvement. You will be expected to leverage AI and data intelligence to optimize program outcomes and drive efficiencies in software development.
