Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the cybersecurity sector, with a focus on Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. Your experience includes engaging with enterprise customers and understanding their security needs, allowing you to effectively position Sophos' solutions. You are adept at building relationships with stakeholders and have a keen understanding of the managed security services market.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your ability to collaborate with global teams ensures that you can drive business opportunities effectively. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the Senior Strategic Account Manager for Sophos, focusing on Managed Detection and Response services. You will engage with existing enterprise customers, providing specialized support and guidance to enhance their security posture. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, positioning Sophos' MDR services effectively, and collaborating with various stakeholders across the globe to drive growth.

You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with customer needs and market trends.
