Airtable is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Strategic Accounts to drive sales across Northern Europe. You'll leverage your expertise to manage the full sales cycle and educate clients on Airtable's platform. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in a scale-up environment.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in sales, particularly in a technology or SaaS environment, where you've successfully managed and closed deals. Your ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions has made you a trusted advisor in your previous roles. You are familiar with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and Command of the Message, which you use to qualify deals and build strong relationships with clients. You thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to Airtable's growth in Northern Europe.

Desirable

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Marketing, is a plus. Familiarity with no-code platforms or similar technologies will help you communicate effectively with clients about the value of Airtable's solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for your book of business across Northern Europe, which includes prospecting, developing, managing, and closing deals. You will educate current and prospective customers on the value proposition of Airtable’s Connected Applications Platform, ensuring they understand how it can transform their business processes. Collaborating with Customer Success Managers and other cross-functional teams, you will work to grow and renew existing accounts, ensuring long-term success for your clients. You will leverage your sales expertise to generate pipeline and forecast accurately, contributing to the overall success of the EMEA team.
