What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the analytics strategy for the GCX Sales Operations team. You will oversee the reporting infrastructure and tooling ecosystem that supports GCX leadership and cross-functional partners. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that GCX leaders have access to high-quality, actionable insights that drive business performance. You will work closely with IT to standardize business metrics and streamline data flows, enabling better decision-making across the organization.

You will lead initiatives to enhance the reporting capabilities of the team, developing scalable solutions that can adapt to changing business needs. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, allowing the organization to respond proactively to market dynamics. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on key performance indicators and reporting standards.

Your role will involve mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
