You have a proven track record in sales operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Your expertise lies in optimizing sales processes and driving operational efficiency, ensuring that the sales team can focus on what they do best β€” selling. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage analytics to inform decision-making and improve performance. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance.

You are passionate about building and leading high-performing teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on results. Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within your team. Experience in the travel or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools. What you'll do
