You have a proven track record in sales strategy and operations, with at least 5+ years of experience in a leadership role. Your expertise lies in shaping go-to-market strategies and driving operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle. You excel in analytics and process optimization, and you have a strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
You are a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights. Your experience includes sales planning, performance management, and forecasting, making you a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at navigating the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner directly with the sales leadership team to shape and execute Nebiusβ go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle for the US market. Your role will involve owning sales planning, performance management, and forecasting, ensuring that the sales team has the tools and insights needed to drive predictable revenue growth.
You will work closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to align strategies and drive results. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations will be key to your success. You will also act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, helping them navigate challenges and seize opportunities in the market.
