You'll leverage your strategic selling skills to build relationships and expand Sophos' footprint in the public sector. Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the government sector, and possess the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Your strategic, consultative selling approach has enabled you to successfully win new business and expand existing accounts. You understand the complexities of government procurement processes and have experience navigating the public sector channel ecosystem in the UAE.
You are adept at understanding the unique needs of government entities and can articulate how Sophos' advanced security solutions can meet those needs. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the sales process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead Sophos' engagement with various UAE Government entities, including federal and emirate-level ministries and public agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that targets new government logos while also expanding Sophos' footprint within existing accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that proposals meet the specific requirements of government procurement and tendering processes.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the government sector, understanding their unique challenges, and positioning Sophos' solutions as the best fit for their needs. Your success will be measured by your ability to close deals and drive revenue growth within the public sector.
