You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise and public-sector environments, with a focus on building long-term partnerships. Your consultative approach allows you to navigate complex sales cycles effectively, ensuring that you meet the unique needs of each client. You thrive in high-stakes situations and are adept at managing relationships with key stakeholders across various sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, and government entities. Your ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Sales Engineering, is essential for driving growth and delivering exceptional value to customers.

Experience in AI or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with the specific sectors you will be targeting. You are comfortable working autonomously and are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory. A background in consultative selling and a strategic mindset will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise and public-sector organizations across the UAE. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Your portfolio will include key sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, government and semi-government entities, energy, aviation, and sovereign institutions. You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales Development, Marketing, and Sales Engineering teams to align strategies and drive growth.
You will develop and execute sales strategies that resonate with your target audience, leveraging your understanding of their unique challenges and needs. Your consultative selling approach will enable you to position Cohere's offerings effectively, ensuring that you articulate the value of our AI solutions to potential clients. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring that all terms are favorable for both the client and Cohere.
