Who you are
You have a strong background in antenna engineering, with experience in small antenna design and a deep understanding of phased array and reflector antenna systems. Your expertise in RF design allows you to contribute effectively to the development of advanced antenna and feed systems. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to tackle complex challenges in support of U.S. National Security. You are familiar with the processes of fabricating and characterizing prototypes of antennas and RF front ends, and you have a solid grasp of digital beamforming systems. Your problem-solving skills enable you to debug issues and set specifications for phased array systems effectively.
Desirable
Experience with software development related to antenna testing and validation is a plus. Familiarity with rapid prototyping and iterative design processes will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the mission of advancing technology for national security.

As an Antenna Engineer on the Starshield team, you will design advanced antenna and feed systems that support next-generation products.
