What you'll do

As an Automation & Controls Engineer at SpaceX, you will be responsible for designing, building, operating, and maintaining automation and control systems for the ground infrastructure at Starbase. You will collaborate with various teams to lead projects that enhance the efficiency of utility systems, ensuring they meet the demands of Starship's production targets. Your role will involve managing upgrades to control and automation systems, developing standardized automation processes, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all SCADA systems.

You will also be involved in commissioning new systems and training team members on their operation. Your work will directly contribute to the success of SpaceX's ambitious goals, including enabling human life on Mars. You will have the opportunity to travel to other SpaceX facilities as needed, further expanding your experience and expertise in the field.
