What you'll do

As a Build Reliability Engineer at SpaceX, you will be responsible for developing and refining manufacturing, integration, and assembly processes specifically for the Starship program. You will design and implement tooling for various testing and assembly tasks, ensuring that all processes are efficient and reliable. Your role will involve defining inspection requirements and creating training materials for production staff to ensure consistency across different work centers. You will work closely with quality assurance teams to contain non-conforming hardware and drive improvements in production quality. Additionally, you will gather and visualize data to monitor process performance and identify areas for enhancement, contributing to the overall success of the Starship program.
