Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in channel sales or enterprise sales. You are motivated and curious, with the ability to lead a sales team effectively, treating it as an extension of your own management. You excel in exceeding revenue growth targets and have a strategic mindset to scale business operations significantly. You are comfortable reporting on various KPIs and have a knack for developing compelling presentations and sales tools that resonate with clients. You understand the importance of account management and are adept at supporting operational requests to ensure smooth sales processes.

What you'll do

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for Starlink's enterprise solutions across the US and Canada. You will develop and execute a high-growth strategy aimed at significantly increasing revenue within your channel. Your role will involve reporting on activity, pipeline generation, and various performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals. You will support sales requests and account management needs, ensuring that your team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
