SpaceX is hiring a Consumer Sales Manager for North America Sales (Starlink) to drive retail partnerships and sales growth. This role requires a strong background in retail sales within the Consumer Electronics or Telecommunications sectors.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in retail sales within the Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, or Technology sectors — your proven track record of launching new products and building strategic channel partnerships sets you apart. You possess a deep understanding of the retail landscape across major electronics retailers and mass merchants, which is crucial for success in this role. Your systems thinking and creativity enable you to synthesize information that shapes future products and strategic direction. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be engaging with various stakeholders to drive significant sales growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the growth of Starlink by identifying, developing, capturing, executing, and expanding retail partnership opportunities. You will act as the lead supporting role in successfully closing partnership deals between SpaceX and retail partners, which includes product, pricing, and business discussions and negotiations. Your responsibilities will also involve identifying, establishing, and growing strategic relationships with key omni-channel partners, such as electronics retailers and distributors, to enable a comprehensive online and offline strategy. You will be at the forefront of driving sales growth and ensuring that Starlink products reach consumers effectively.
