Who you are

You have a strong background in customer experience management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are technically inclined and possess a keen understanding of process engineering, which allows you to create order out of chaos. You thrive in managing diverse stakeholders and have a proven track record of optimizing operations to enhance customer satisfaction. You are passionate about advocating for the customer experience across the company and are skilled at analyzing complex problems to drive optimal solutions.

Desirable

Experience in the technology or aerospace industry is a plus, as is familiarity with customer journey mapping and operational data analysis. You are comfortable leveraging data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. A background in team management and development is essential, as you will be responsible for guiding the career progression of your team members.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a team of operations engineers dedicated to improving the customer experience for Starlink users. You will lead initiatives aimed at identifying and eliminating defects in the customer journey, focusing on areas such as billing, shipping, account management, and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include conducting strategic planning, aligning resources to priorities, and advocating for customer needs across various departments. You will analyze operational data and customer anecdotes to identify trends that can inform engineering roadmaps and executive decisions. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
