SpaceX is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer for their Customer Success team focused on the Starlink project. You'll drive user experience improvements and manage product strategy. A background in engineering is required.

Who you are
You hold a Bachelorβs degree in an engineering discipline and have a strong foundation in technical operations. You are driven and ambitious, with a keen interest in enhancing customer experiences and product strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to understand and drive core user metrics such as Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction Score. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with various teams to identify and eliminate root causes of user experience issues.
You possess excellent execution and delivery skills, enabling you to fix, delete, automate, or create new processes to address structural and emerging issues. Your ability to serve as a product manager or project owner for feature launches and software automation projects is a key asset. You are comfortable working with diverse teams, including Network, UI/UX, support, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Desirable
Experience in the telecommunications or satellite industry would be beneficial, as well as familiarity with customer success metrics and strategies. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology and innovation will set you apart in this role.

You will serve as a product manager or project owner for feature launches and software automation projects, ensuring that the customer experience is at the forefront of all initiatives. Your ability to analyze user feedback and metrics will guide your decisions and help shape the future of broadband access through the Starlink project. You will be instrumental in defining the next generation of customer experiences, leveraging your technical competence and business acumen to drive impactful changes.
