Overview

SpaceX is hiring a Starlink Communications Manager to enhance the Enterprise customer communications experience. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure timely and relevant communications for Enterprise customers. This role requires strong collaboration and strategic thinking skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer communications and experience working in a fast-paced environment — you understand the importance of clear and timely communication in enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing churn. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure that all communications are accurate and relevant to the needs of Enterprise customers.

You possess excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple communication channels effectively — you thrive in environments where you can audit and improve processes, ensuring that all customer interactions are seamless and efficient. You are detail-oriented and can maintain a centralized tracker of communications, ensuring that all updates are timely and well-coordinated.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with Enterprise Customer Success leadership to draft, review, and maintain all outbound enterprise update emails and communications. You will own and maintain a centralized tracker of all Enterprise communications sent, including audience, trigger logic, and content relevance. Your responsibilities will include auditing automated communications and improving them to enhance the customer journey.

You will support launches and deprecations, assisting during global crises to ensure that customers receive the information they need when they need it. Your strategic oversight will help build a more tailored enterprise customer journey that reduces confusion and contact rates while improving customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
