Who you are

You are a proactive problem solver with a passion for customer success. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to join a scrappy, early-stage support team. Your bilingual skills in Ukrainian enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, ensuring they receive the best possible support. You have a knack for analyzing trends and identifying gaps in customer service, which allows you to design effective interventions that enhance the overall customer experience. You are comfortable working across multiple channels, including digital and voice, to triage and resolve customer issues efficiently. Your technical expertise in hardware, software, and network systems equips you to provide comprehensive support to customers using Starlink services. You are committed to being the voice of the customer within SpaceX, advocating for their needs and collaborating with internal teams to improve troubleshooting workflows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the face of Starlink to our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional overall experience. You will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, moving quickly and proactively to address their needs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer service trends and identifying gaps in support processes. You will design simple and effective interventions to improve customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive. As a relentless advocate for the customer, you will surface product, process, and training issues by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. You will collaborate with internal teams to create and enhance troubleshooting workflows, working to resolve root-cause issues that affect customer satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in setting the tone for how we help our customers, and you will play a key part in shaping the future of customer support at SpaceX.
