What you'll do
As the Facilities Supervisor for SpaceX's Starlink facilities, you will lead a dynamic team of interdisciplinary technicians responsible for all facilities operations, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire suppression systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure zero unplanned interruptions of services to employees and customers, which is critical to maintaining operational efficiency. You will oversee the development and performance of your team, providing individual coaching and development to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
