SpaceX is hiring a Sales Operations Manager for their Global Starlink Enterprise Sales team. You'll empower sellers and channel resellers by providing tools, training, and insights to enhance performance. This role requires a strategic vision and operational excellence.

You have a proven track record in sales operations, ideally with experience in technology or telecommunications. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at designing impactful programs that connect technology to customer value. Your strategic vision is complemented by operational excellence, enabling you to influence cross-functional teams effectively. You understand the importance of onboarding and training, and you are passionate about empowering sales teams to achieve their goals. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to measure improvements in pipeline generation and deal execution. You are a collaborative partner who can align sales teams and channel resellers around consistent messaging and methodologies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and deliver programs that enhance the performance of the Starlink Enterprise Sales team. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Channel, and Customer Success teams to ensure that enablement becomes a strategic advantage. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable onboarding processes, creating structured playbooks, and defining methodologies that drive measurable improvements in sales performance. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and you will implement strategies to accelerate onboarding and productivity. Your leadership will be critical in transforming enablement from a support function into a revenue multiplier, focusing on channel reseller success to expand Starlink's global reach.
