Who you are
You have a strong background in mechanical engineering with a focus on launch pad operations — your multi-disciplinary knowledge allows you to develop innovative solutions that maximize efficiency while ensuring safety and reliability. You are experienced in utilizing FEM software such as ANSYS and FEMAP, and you possess the engineering intuition necessary to address complex structural and mechanical issues. Your ability to conduct thorough calculations and provide engineering dispositions is a key asset in your role.
You have a proven track record of working collaboratively with skilled technician teams — your leadership skills enable you to direct troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and operational procedures effectively. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring that all aspects of launch pad ground support equipment are properly inspected, configured, and tested to meet Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy interface requirements.
What you'll do
As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will serve as the responsible engineer for multiple launch pad mechanical systems and structures.
