Who you are
You are a proactive analyst with a blend of quantitative skills and a curiosity for market dynamics — you excel at turning complex data into actionable strategies for consumer growth. You have experience performing in-depth analyses of consumer metrics, including Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), churn rates, and cohort performance, using SQL queries and statistical methods to uncover trends and opportunities. Your ability to develop forecasting models for subscriber growth and revenue projections, while incorporating external factors like competitive landscapes and economic indicators, sets you apart.
You are skilled in creating and maintaining reporting dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Your analytical mindset allows you to inform pricing and retention initiatives effectively, contributing to the overall success of the Starlink Growth team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
What you'll do
As a Business Analyst on the Starlink Growth team, you will focus on consumer metrics and insights, conducting research and reporting to support data-driven decisions that accelerate subscriber growth and enhance user value. You will perform in-depth analyses of consumer metrics, including LTV, CAC, churn rates, and cohort performance, using SQL queries and statistical methods to uncover trends and opportunities. You will develop forecasting models for subscriber growth and revenue projections, incorporating external factors like competitive landscapes and economic indicators.
