What you'll do
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Radar, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Fortune 500 customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients leverage our geolocation products to achieve their business objectives. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, conducting regular check-ins, and providing ongoing support to ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales and product development, to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements. You will also analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling additional services. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention rates, and the overall impact of our solutions on client businesses.
