What you'll do

As a Hardware Reliability Engineer for Starshield, you will perform detailed failure analysis of satellite hardware, identifying root causes of failures and implementing corrective actions. You will collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve product reliability and manufacturing processes. Your role will involve utilizing design schematics, test equipment, and inspection processes to identify the physics of failures and enhance the overall reliability of the hardware.

You will be responsible for analyzing hardware failures and proposing solutions that improve the performance and longevity of the satellites. Your work will directly impact the success of the Starshield project, as you contribute to the development of technologies that support national security efforts.
