What you'll do
As a Hardware Reliability Engineer for Starshield, you will perform detailed failure analysis of satellite hardware, identifying root causes of failures and implementing corrective actions. You will collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve product reliability and manufacturing processes. Your role will involve utilizing design schematics, test equipment, and inspection processes to identify the physics of failures and enhance the overall reliability of the hardware.
