What you'll do

As an RF Hardware Reliability Engineer on the Starshield team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough hardware testing and validation to ensure reliability throughout the product's life cycle. You will collaborate closely with various teams to identify and implement improvements to processes and controls. Your role will involve rigorous exploration of solutions to complex engineering challenges, contributing to the mission of enabling human life on Mars through innovative technology.

You will engage in detailed analysis and testing of hardware components, ensuring that they meet the stringent requirements for government applications. Your work will directly impact the success of the Starshield program, as you drive initiatives to enhance product reliability and performance.
