You are a dedicated security professional with experience in high-tech environments, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Your ability to plan and execute security support for operations is essential, and you are committed to mentoring fellow security officers to enhance their skills.

What you'll do
As a Security Officer 3, you will patrol SpaceX properties both on foot and by vehicle, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You will conduct risk assessments of critical facilities and develop emergency response protocols based on data and experience. Your role will involve executing roving patrols and providing mobile security support as needed. You will also be responsible for planning and conducting advanced security training for all security officers, ensuring that the team is well-prepared for any situation.
In addition to your patrol duties, you will mentor other security members, helping them identify and report suspicious behavior to the operations center. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a safe environment for all employees and visitors at SpaceX. You will collaborate closely with security leadership to refine protocols and improve overall security measures.
