Who you are
You are a dedicated security professional with experience in high-tech environments, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, and you are committed to upholding federal, state, and local laws as well as company regulations. Your ability to identify and report suspicious behavior is crucial to ensuring the safety of the organization.
You have a strong understanding of static guard post duties and are proficient in planning and executing security support for operations. Your experience includes conducting advanced security training for fellow officers, ensuring that the team is well-prepared to handle various situations. You are also skilled in conducting risk assessments of critical facilities, which helps in maintaining a secure environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will patrol the companyβs properties via vehicle and foot, ensuring that all security measures are in place. You will plan and conduct advanced security training for all security officers, enhancing the team's capabilities. Your responsibilities will include executing roving patrols of assigned locations and providing mobile security support as directed by the operations center.
You will respond to emergency situations, providing on-scene leadership during incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, or suspicious activities. Developing and refining emergency response protocols based on data and experience will be a key part of your role. You will also mentor other security members, helping them to identify and report suspicious behavior effectively.
