You are a motivated and proactive photonics design engineer with a strong background in developing photonic integrated circuits (PIC). You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working alongside cross-disciplinary teams, including systems, firmware, architecture, design, validation, and product engineering. Your intellectual curiosity drives you to explore innovative solutions that enhance connectivity in challenging environments. You understand the importance of reliability and affordability in technology deployment, especially in the context of space and ground infrastructures.

You have experience in designing and testing photonic systems, and you are familiar with the challenges associated with deploying technology in space. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members from various disciplines allows you to contribute to the overall success of projects. You are passionate about leveraging your skills to make a significant impact on global connectivity through advanced technologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing next-generation photonic integrated circuits for deployment in both space and ground infrastructures.
