Who you are

You have a strong background in testing and integration, with experience in operating and troubleshooting production test systems. Your familiarity with Linux and Python allows you to effectively manage test logs and telemetry, ensuring systems are running optimally. You are adept at identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing permanent solutions, whether through software updates or hardware changes. Your skills in designing and implementing assembly fixtures and tooling contribute to improved manufacturing processes.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with production, engineering, and qualification teams to support various tests. Your proactive approach to continuous improvement drives you to seek out opportunities to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in the propulsion manufacturing area. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are comfortable managing new configuration introductions into production areas.

What you'll do

As an Integration & Test Specialist, you will operate and ensure that propulsion production test systems are functioning at their best. You will be responsible for first-level troubleshooting of test system errors, utilizing your skills in reading and interpreting test logs and telemetry. Supporting production, engineering, and qualification tests will be a key part of your role, where you will assist in equipment bring-up, configuration, and dry runs.

You will play a crucial role in uncovering the root causes of equipment failures and developing permanent resolutions for issues encountered during test operations. This may involve executing software updates or hardware changes as necessary. Additionally, you will design and implement assembly fixtures, tooling, and shop aids to enhance manufacturing processes, ensuring that the production area operates efficiently.
