You have a strong background in electrical engineering with a focus on EMC and EMI testing — your experience includes performing emissions and immunity testing for various electrical systems and components. You are skilled at interpreting technical drawings and documentation, allowing you to work effectively with complex designs. Your problem-solving abilities shine when addressing aviation-specific EMI compatibility issues, and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.

What you'll do
As an EMC/EMI Test Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of Starlink equipment on various aircraft — this includes both consumer and commercial applications. You will lead root cause investigations to identify and resolve EMI compatibility issues, working closely with electrical, silicon, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. Your role will involve extensive interaction with aircraft systems, ensuring that the Starlink technology meets the highest performance standards in-flight.
You will document your findings and collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements based on test results — your insights will be crucial in refining the design and functionality of the Starlink systems.
