What you'll do

As a Mixologist, you will execute services and catering/event requests, following detailed schedules and timelines to ensure absolute guest satisfaction. You will support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, maintaining a professional and welcoming service environment. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hospitality leadership to enhance the overall guest experience across various beverage service outlets. You will be responsible for upholding exemplary service standards that enhance the productivity and morale of the workforce.
