Who you are
You possess a deep knowledge of hospitality principles and a solid grasp of food and beverage safety protocols. You are skilled in crafting unforgettable moments for guests through flawless service, and you are empowered to promptly resolve guest concerns or feedback. Your ability to troubleshoot equipment challenges and apply creative problem-solving is essential in this role. You communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring that the hospitality team performs to departmental and company standards.
What you'll do
As a Mixologist, you will execute services and catering/event requests, following detailed schedules and timelines to ensure absolute guest satisfaction. You will support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, maintaining a professional and welcoming service environment. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hospitality leadership to enhance the overall guest experience across various beverage service outlets.
