What you'll do
As the Manager of Solar Cell Facilities Operations, you will lead the daily operations of a high-volume solar cell manufacturing plant that supports SpaceX's ambitious goals for sustainable space exploration. You will oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of industrial gases essential for solar cell processes, ensuring that all operations comply with safety protocols and regulations. Your role will involve managing the chemical storage and distribution systems, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to production lines while minimizing waste.
You will also direct the operations of the wastewater treatment plant and gaseous exhaust systems, monitoring processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining 24/7 factory uptime, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in operational processes and infrastructure systems.
