What you'll do

As the Manager of Solar Cell Facilities Engineering, you will lead a team responsible for designing critical gas and chemical systems that support a high-volume solar cell assembly line. Your role involves collaborating with process engineers, manufacturing leads, and safety experts to ensure that facility designs align with production workflows. You will develop system architectures that are modular and cost-effective, allowing for scalability as production ramps up. Conducting risk assessments will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all designs meet safety and operational standards. You will also be involved in optimizing factory operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. Your leadership will guide the team in implementing innovative solutions that support SpaceX's ambitious goals.
