Job Description
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented technician with experience in printed circuit board assembly. You have a strong understanding of PCB assembly processes, including SMT placement and reflow soldering. Your background includes conducting thermal and functional testing of electronic hardware, where you have developed skills in troubleshooting and documenting failure modes. You are proactive in maintaining and calibrating production equipment to ensure operational reliability, and you can manage schedule priorities effectively to meet deadlines. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology.
What you'll do
In this role, you will operate PCB assembly machines to manufacture circuit boards, performing tasks such as solder paste printing and conformal coating. You will be responsible for conducting thorough thermal and functional testing of electronic hardware, which includes setting up instrumentation, executing tests, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will document failure modes in detail and leverage data analysis to enhance product quality and implement process improvements. Additionally, you will maintain and calibrate production equipment through scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure that all machinery operates reliably. You will also manage your schedule and execute tasks independently to meet company deliverables and deadlines, contributing to the overall success of the Starlink project.
