What you'll do
As a Supplier Development Engineer, you will act as the technical point of contact for both industry standard and custom part suppliers for Starship avionics. You will collaborate closely with the sourcing team to strategically source parts that match supplier competencies. Your role will involve developing and maintaining a supplier audit system to meet product and business requirements. You will review and assess supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems, providing feedback on manufacturing methods and technologies. Additionally, you will function as a liaison between purchasing, engineering, and suppliers to ensure alignment and success in the supply chain.
