Who you are

You have a strong technical background with experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles — you understand the intricacies of integrating complex systems and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your experience with networking technologies and cloud services, particularly AWS, equips you to drive successful integrations with third-party vendors.

You possess excellent collaboration skills, having worked in cross-functional teams to develop joint value propositions — you thrive in environments where you can partner with marketing and engineering teams to create compelling technical solutions. Your ability to articulate technical concepts clearly helps you engage with customers and internal teams alike.

You are results-driven and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets — your business acumen allows you to understand customer needs and align them with technical solutions. You are comfortable navigating high-pressure situations and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Desirable

Experience with satellite communications or similar technologies would be a plus — you have a keen interest in innovative solutions that can impact communities and businesses globally. Familiarity with the Starlink service or similar products will help you hit the ground running in this role.

What you'll do

As a Technical Sales Architect at SpaceX, you will drive the integration of Starlink services with third-party networking vendors — your role will involve collaborating with various teams to develop technical solution guides that enable customers to effectively utilize Starlink. You will support the Enterprise Sales team by answering technical questions and providing insights into integration efforts.

You will work closely with Starlink's product engineering teams to onboard completed solutions into internal test environments — this hands-on approach will ensure that the solutions are robust and meet customer expectations. Your ability to communicate technical details will be crucial in supporting the sales process and addressing customer inquiries.

You will also collaborate with marketing teams to create joint value propositions that highlight the benefits of Starlink's integration with existing networking solutions — your insights will help shape marketing strategies and customer engagement efforts. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will contribute to the overall success of the Starlink Enterprise Sales team.
