What you'll do

As a Technical Recruiter at SpaceX, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will meet with client groups to discuss hiring strategies and headcount needs, acting as a partner rather than just an order taker. Your responsibilities will include screening candidates who apply to requisitions and sourcing passive candidates who may not be actively looking for new opportunities. You will discuss your findings with client groups and recommend top candidates for consideration.

You will need to stay informed about the latest trends in recruitment and the specific technical skills required for various roles within SpaceX. Your role will require you to be adaptable, as hiring priorities can shift frequently. You will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the initial contact to the final onboarding stages.
