What you'll do

As a Technical Recruiter at SpaceX, you will run a full desk, engaging in various activities that include meeting with client groups to discuss headcount and hiring strategies. You will screen candidates who apply to requisitions and source candidates who may not be actively looking for new opportunities. Your role will involve discussing candidates with client groups and recommending top talent based on your assessments. You will also be responsible for onboarding new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
