What you'll do

As a Thermal Engineer, you will be responsible for the thermal design of spacecraft, launch vehicles, and hardware. Your work will involve conducting initial high-level analysis and validating performance through ground tests, flight, and orbital data. You will make engineering decisions that contribute to the overall performance of the vehicles, helping SpaceX achieve its ambitious goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational simplicity and reduce the burden on other groups at SpaceX. Your role will also include reviewing peer work to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. You will be at the forefront of innovative engineering solutions that support national security efforts through the Starshield program.
